My name is Christopher Gillard, CEO, and I’m a licensed insurance professional with experience in the industry since 2017. Over the years, I’ve worked across multiple areas of insurance, including five years in Medicare and two years in Property & Casualty, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how coverage truly fits into people’s lives. I’ve seen this business from every angle—starting on the outside, learning the hard lessons, and working my way toward a place where education, trust, and long-term relationships matter most.

In December of 2022, I experienced the loss of my mother, a moment that forever changed how I view life insurance and financial protection. Going through that process personally showed me just how important it is to have the right coverage in place before it’s needed. It’s one thing to explain insurance on paper—it’s another to live through the reality of loss and understand how much peace of mind proper planning can provide. That experience drives the care, patience, and honesty I bring to every client conversation.

On the agent side, Golden Ratio Insurance Group also focuses on lead distribution because I know firsthand how difficult it can be to build consistent activity without support. Many independent agents struggle to maintain daily momentum simply because they don’t have access to reliable opportunities. Our lead programs are designed to help agents build pipeline, stay active, and create long-term books of business—without subscriptions or unnecessary barriers. This is about creating opportunity, consistency, and growth for agents who are serious about the craft.
